Bike: 1.0 Hours (At least I started)
Swim: 0.00 Hours - Are we starting to see a pattern, still?
Gym Sessions/Strength Training: 2 Hours
Glasses of wine consumed: Countless
Back on the bike! An entire hour of Spinerval and boy was I sore afterward but baby steps back into Tri training. The swim will have to come at some point.
