Where has the time gone?

I have not been completely useless since I completed Ironman. I am actually pretty proud of the level of fitness I've kept up. Some weight has come back but that's to be expected post Ironman. I am pretty sure I lost 20lbs. during training and 10 has come back. Here's what I have been up to:

September 12th - Pints to Pasta 10K (56:28 - (9:05min/mile)) - fastest to date
October 10th - Portland Marathon (4:38:14 - (10:37min/mile)) - beat Vegas marathon time by 34 min
October 17th - Nike Women's Half (2:16 - (10:25min/mile))

March 13th - Shamrock run 15K (1:34:58 - (10:12min/mile)) PRed this course by almost 5 mins
April 30th (happy b-day Todd) - Wildflower Half Iron - (7:44:52 and I was pumped about it, that course is no joke but the race was awesome - if you have a chance, do it!)
June 12th - Blue Lake Olympic Tri (2:59:54 - 2 min slower then last year when I was training for IM but averaged 8:52's on the run - Booyah!)
June 25th Pac Crest Half Iron (7:17:15 - beat my last time by over 1 hour 30 min on this course - swim was slower but bike and run were way faster - still a SOB course)
August 26th - Hood to Coast - Leg 7 this year (no idea on times)
Nov 24th - Bend Turkey Trot 10K - (56:11:09 (9:04's))

Apparently I heart running now and have gotten much better at it. Next on the docket is Vegas half marathon this weekend and the Portland Holiday Half the weekend after. Looking forward to a very full schedule in 2012. I NEED to work on my nutrition, I eat like a chubby 14 year old boy. I am not joking! Last night I made bacon pasta for dinner, as if that's even a thing. Maybe this will also be a 2012 goal or even a December goal since it's desperately needed.
