December Stats


  • Running: 55.03 miles
  • Swimming: 2100.00 meters
  • Yoga: 00:30:00 min

  • Definitely getting better and feeling good!  My big goal for January is getting more of my runs in outside.  I am starting to love the warmth of the gym and the ease of the treadmill but with a half marathon 4 weeks away, I need to hit the concrete.  I would have liked to hit 60 miles for December but I feel like I am headed into 2013 in a good place and ready to take on my new goals.

    I am also feeling very thankful and grateful for an awesome 2012.  Just a quick reminder of some of the highlights that made it such an awesome year.  On to the next chapter.....

    I would love to give you full stats of every mile I logged in 2012 but I was very inconsistent with keeping track this year but here's what I do know.

    2012 Stats:
    Total Races: 13
    Half Marathons: 9
    Others: 10K, 15K, Oly Triathlon Relay, Relay
    Highlight Races: Breaking 2 hours at Lincoln City & Hood to Coast because it's Hood To Coast

    1. I think those stats for December are great and you got in the pool!! It was December, the month, people do nothing and eat too much!!
