Definitely getting better and feeling good! My big goal for January is getting more of my runs in outside. I am starting to love the warmth of the gym and the ease of the treadmill but with a half marathon 4 weeks away, I need to hit the concrete. I would have liked to hit 60 miles for December but I feel like I am headed into 2013 in a good place and ready to take on my new goals.
I am also feeling very thankful and grateful for an awesome 2012. Just a quick reminder of some of the highlights that made it such an awesome year. On to the next chapter.....
