Once you stop, it's hard to start up again. This is true for training and blogging apparently. Yes I have been traveling a bit this month (2 trips to Bend & a week in DC) but you'd think I could have found 5 minutes to post my March stats. So here they are:
Cycling: 153.10 miles
Running: 41.89 miles
Swimming: 8150.00 meters
Yoga twice a week almost every week in March
Damn that running category. Had I just run two more miles, I would have done more than Feb. in every sport.
March was good and April has had some long training days, but I am still not 100% convinced I can do an Ironman. The two month mark is really starting to freak me out and although I am training somewhat consistently, I am still not a die hard. I mean I skip workouts every week because life gets in the way, I am definitely not the temple of nutrition:) and when I bike 80 miles it's really hard! So how am I going to do an Ironman in two months? I guess all I can do is take each day and each workout one at a time and hope that I am prepared enough when D-Day comes.
