- First ride outside happened on 2/19 (45 miles a thank you)
- First time I started swimming 1500 meter and 2500 meter straight workouts instead of just intervals. I have no idea how my form is but my time is good enough that I don't really care:)
- First time I've lost multiple toenails...lovely
- First and second brick (2 sports) of the training season
- First time it really hit me that I'am going to do an Ironman - momentary freak out did ensue but I am over it
Here are my February stats:
Cycling: 132.55 miles
Running: 43.53 miles
Swimming: 6100.00 meters
I am getting there!
ahhh toenails. They aren't that useful anyway in the grand scheme of things. Mind you I've found that keeping them short keeps them attached :)
ReplyDeleteI had my freak out when the 26 week marker ticked over last week. Scared the beejebus out of me for a few minutes but all is good now (until the 13 week marker I imagine).
If you reverse your run and cycle, we'd have hit about the same mileage this month, woo hoo :)
Anyway, just wanted to post a how ya doing and a woo hoo go Ironman!
